2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Alphazeta website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our website or services. Alphazeta reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; updates are effective from the date of publication on our website.

3. How to Place an Order

Alphazeta does not have an online store, shopping cart, or any online checkout or payment system. Purchases cannot be made directly through our website.

To enquire about or purchase our produce, you must contact us using one of these methods:

  • Call us directly using the phone numbers listed on our website
  • Submit an enquiry through our Contact Us page — a team member will respond to you promptly

All orders are arranged directly between the customer and an Alphazeta representative following your enquiry. Pricing, availability, and delivery details will be confirmed during that communication. No order is binding until confirmed by an authorised Alphazeta team member.

4. Products and Availability

4.1 Availability

All products are subject to availability based on seasonal harvest cycles and cultivation conditions. Alphazeta reserves the right to limit quantities, adjust pricing, or substitute produce where necessary due to factors outside our control, including weather, crop conditions, or supply chain constraints.

4.2 Quality Commitment

Every product that leaves Alphazeta's farm has been carefully harvested and sorted to meet our quality standards. We take immense pride in providing naturally grown produce that is fresh, clean, and ready for use. Customers are encouraged to inspect their delivery at the time of receipt.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are communicated directly by our team during the enquiry process. Prices are subject to change based on season and market conditions.

Payment is made directly to Alphazeta via bank transfer or agreed offline payment method after order confirmation. We do not accept, request, or process payments of any kind through our website.

Customers must only pay to verified Alphazeta bank account details as communicated by our official team. Alphazeta is not responsible for any payments made to unverified individuals or accounts claiming to represent us.

6. Delivery

Alphazeta currently delivers within Abeokuta and surrounding areas in Ogun State. Delivery to other locations may be arranged upon request and may attract additional charges. Delivery timeframes and logistics are communicated at the point of order confirmation.

Risk in the produce transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection. Alphazeta is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, road conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. No Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY: Alphazeta does not offer refunds on any products sold. All sales are final. We guarantee that every product dispatched from our farms is fresh, naturally grown, and of the highest quality. We stand fully behind the integrity of our produce.

Due to the perishable and natural nature of fresh farm produce, Alphazeta does not accept returns or process refunds once an order has been delivered and received by the customer.

Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm all order details — including quantity, product type, and delivery address — before finalising their enquiry. Once produce has been dispatched from our farm, the transaction is complete.

If a customer believes they have received produce that materially differs from what was agreed, they must contact Alphazeta within 6 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Any goodwill gesture offered by Alphazeta in such a case does not constitute an admission of liability or a right to a refund.

By engaging with Alphazeta and placing an order, the customer fully acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Alphazeta, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information during your enquiry
  • Be available to receive your delivery at the agreed time and place
  • Inspect produce at the time of delivery and raise any issues immediately
  • Store purchased produce appropriately to maintain freshness after delivery
