Cocoa is a premium cash crop cultivated at ALPHAZETA Farms with careful attention to fermentation, drying, and post-harvest handling. Our cocoa beans are grown under shade-managed conditions that support proper pod development and rich flavor profiles. After harvest, beans are fermented and sun-dried using established methods to achieve the quality standards required for chocolate manufacturing, cocoa powder production, and export markets.
